After visiting several hotels in Cancun, I realize that here, at the Grand Park Royal, the service is truly exceptional. The staff and servers at the buffet are very friendly, energetic, and welcoming, unlike some other hotels. The buffet is generous, and the dining area is very spacious. There’s a relaxed and friendly atmosphere throughout the hotel. We didn’t encounter any snobby staff—quite the opposite. What a wonderful experience! If I ever return to Cancun, this is where I want to stay! On another note, many hotels boast about having access to a beautiful access to the beach… but trust me, the beach here is beautiful. There’s no seaweed, no large rocks along the shore, and the sand is soft and clear. It’s truly a safe area for swimming. The room we stayed in had access to a terrace with an ocean view, which I highly recommend. But beware: depending on the building, staying on the ground floor may not be ideal because there are lizards around, so you can’t fully open your patio door (i mean you could, but it’s up to you to take the risk). As for us, we were able to leave our patio door open the whole time without worrying about it, which was amazing.

However, one significant drawback was the lack of available shade on the hotel grounds. The shortage of umbrellas made it incredibly challenging to find a shaded spot, which was quite disappointing, especially when trying to escape the sun. Despite this issue, the Italian restaurant stood out as a highlight, and the beach and sea views were truly wonderful. The air conditioning in my room could use improvement, as it struggled to keep the room cool during the hot nights. In the future, I hope the hotel addresses these concerns to ensure an even more enjoyable stay for guests.

The room is a bit old but everything are in good condition and working, 😊 we came earlier but got acces to cafe and got room one hour earlier, thanks for that. Towels and bed linen were exstremely white and clean. The food for lanch we like a lot (pasta and tacos)
